MBSR Programme

8-week mindfulness programme for stress reduction

MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) is a scientifically validated 8-week programme developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

What you walk away with:

  • A regular mindfulness practice you can continue

  • Practical tools to calm your mind and body

  • Less rumination, better sleep

  • A different relationship to stress: more awareness, less autopilot

Mindfulness Experience Session (MES)

Your practical introduction to mindfulness

You are curious about mindfulness or MBSR but unsure where to start – or you want to try it before committing to the full MBSR programme.

  • a direct taste of what mindfulness can be for you

ZenICE

Mindfulness meets cold exposure -  for nervous system regulation.

If you're running on empty and “switching off” feels impossible, or you’re curious about mindfulness or cold exposure but want to try it safely with guidance.

What we do

ZenICE combines mindfulness with cold exposure. In 4 progressive sessions, you learn to regulate your nervous system through breath, body awareness and guided ice baths on Zurich Lake. You train to meet discomfort with more presence – in the ice and in life.

Format: 4 × 2-hour sessions | in-person | CHF 320.-
