Transformational Coaching & NLP
I trained with the Dr Bock Coaching Academy because it's a leading institute for professional coaching with a strong foundation in psychology, sports coaching, and contemporary coaching methodology developed by Dr Petra Bock. Through this training, I gained clear structure, guidance, and frameworks that serve me well in my coaching work, helping clients move from insight to concrete change.
I also completed my NLP Practitioner training because NLP offers powerful tools for dissolving limiting beliefs and fears, and for staying motivated through change. My approach is to guide the process so you move as quickly as possible and as slowly as necessary - no pushing, but no endless circling either.
What this means for you: We work with what blocks you (beliefs, fears, self-doubt) in a practical, action-oriented way - so you gain clarity and momentum, not just insights.
MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction)
I trained as an MBSR teacher at the Centre for Mindfulness in Zurich because MBSR is one of the most scientifically validated programmes for stress reduction worldwide. Developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, it has been extensively researched for over 40+ years and is now recognised in clinical and corporate settings globally.
Through this training, I gained practical tools to help clients calm their nervous system, reduce rumination, and sleep better. MBSR helps create space between stimulus and response, so you can choose how to respond to stress rather than react automatically.
